That is old firmware! I just checked the records for firmwares for CSC code FTM and they go back to October 2011 with a Gingerbread release, Android 2.3.5, of i9100BVKJ4. So your firmware pre-dates even that! There have been 7 firmware updates on FTM since yours.

I am guessing that the reason that you have not received them is for one of the reasons given in #1.5 of the. Possibly the phone was re-flashed prior to your receiving it. You can either take your phone to a Samsung Service Point and explain your situation and see if they will flash the latest Jelly Bean firmware for you or you can flash it yourself by following the instructions in #1.7 of the guide. Be advised that there is a possibility, depending on how your phone was originally unlocked, that upgrading the firmware could re-lock it. Since your phone is now either out of, or at the end of, its warranty period, you could flash the Orange UK firmware to it for ICS. JB has not yet been released for Orange UK.
